Zach's condition
On Monday, Zach was told that his wrist was indeed broken, so they set up an appointment, and he went to the ortho people--well, the wrist wasn't broken-- he is really a quick healer--or maybe it wasn't broke at all--no one really knows! We are hoping to be able to update everyone as to where we might be going to for rehab later today--we have begun talking to the planner, but have to do more talking/planning! Have a good day--we will be in touch! Carm

That's good news about Zach's wrist. Let's pray that quick healing runs in the family and I'm sure it does and Jeremy's healing will be "QUICK" too. Jer and Zach are two very strong young men with so much training in difficult and painful situations. They will come out of this Stronger and closer than ever. Their Brotherhood will carry them through all of this. God's Blessings and Healing for them. They need physical and "Emotional healing.PRAY, PRAY,PRAY Love to Jer and Zach
I want you to know how thankful we are that you are keeping us informed of Jeremy and everything else. It GREAT he is in his own room, mom will be so glad to hear that, you know mom Carmella!!
Please tell Jeremy we love him and are thinking of him every day, and of course he would charm the nurses, thats Jeremy.
Anything we can do,we will be there!
Love Annette
Good Going Zach! See the Healing has already started. The Prayers for Healing are already starting to work. Now Jer, I feel in my heart that you will definetly completely heal of your wounds. You will walk again and do all the things you've always done. God is on your side. Hey, he's listening to hundreds, probably thousands of prayeers all over the U.S. and and other countries of the world. Wow!! what a lot of POWER that is.
Hey everyone this is Joelle. I have been with the family through much of this ordeal and been blessed to visit with Jer a couple times. I just wanted to say that eventhough I am up-to-date on much of my info, this blog is so helpful! It really does help me get through "life" right now. I am so encouraged by all of the support to remind myself that miracles do happen and to say a silent "thank you" that this wonderful man is still in our lives. All my love to the Hoffman's and all the friends out there who have sent such kind words and prayers their way. Keep the prayers coming and keep your ears open for all the benefits that have started to form! We need manpower. Stay strong Hoffman's....we are here for you!
Love Joelle
P.S Big hugs to Zach! hang in there buddy, we love you!
ink.comZach - It is wonderful news to hear that your wrist will be okay. You "Rock" as the kids say. Let the healing begin.
Jer - keep those nurses busy, you be yourself and you'll have them all eating out of your hands. I understand your vehicle has been seen in Odessa. That was a bit spooky at first. Expected to see you jump out of it. But that WILL come in time. Prayer works we have seen it so some wonderous things. May God Bless and Keep you all. :)

Just wanted to leave a note to all the Hoffman's (that includes Zach as well considering he is Carm's "other" son) We love you guys. It is not only in Schuyler County that prayers are going out for you. It truly is coming in from EVERYWHERE. It is just amazing how many lives you all have touched in one way or another and every one of those people want to be able to pay it back somehow and right now praying is the only thing they can do. Stay strong!! Jer - keep it covered!!
Love you all,
Kelly and Shawn Brimhall
Hi Carm, Ron, Jeremy et al,
Glad to hear things are going so well for Jeremy to be in a room already (and eating Dinosaur food!)...you are all so strong and faith will get everyone through this. It will be a long haul, but only God knows how much strength Jeremy and the family have.
Let us know how we can help with a benefit (or benefits). I already have some ideas!
Please call if we can do anything.

i am very glad to hear that zach is doing well and i also want to send a contiuned prayer to both jeremy and the entire hoffman family during this time.
Best therapy hospital is Burke Rehab. Think it is White Plains.
Adam has kept me posted and both Jere and Z have been in my thoughts and prayers. Its amazing what the strength of heart and will can do for someone; and I know that both guys are fighters! I'll check back now and again and am so happy that things are looking a bit up for everyone!

Jer, Ron, Carm, and Niki:
I just wanted to say I love you all. Niki, wish you were still in Watkins so I could give you a hug. But you will have to hug yourself and everyone else and pretend it's from me. Keep smiling, Jeremy, and remember the big yellow buses miss you, too.
