Thursday night 10/25
You people are unbelievable!! I can't even phathom the support we have received from everyone! Ron and I came home tonight for the first time since Monday for the induction of Ron's Dad into the Hall of fame. Jer really wanted to be here, and I was his standin--I took pictures and video for him. When we left today, he was waiting to see the physical therapists--AND, they showed up and took him to the gym. You can imagine that made him very happy because any of you who know him well know that he isn't the type to sit around and do nothing for even a few hours, so to be down for 7 days has been a killer for him!! We still don't know where he will be going ultimately for therapy, but I have certainly looked into a lot of places--the biggest thing is to get him accepted at some of them. Thanks to all of you who are looking into therapy places for us! I do appreciate it!!! I'll keep it short tonight--the girls have done good updating today--Val thought it was important that she post the pictures of him so that everyone will see what he IS GOING TO BE LIKE AGAIN!! All that fun loving, smiling Jer can't be gone forever!! A lady in the waiting room for the ICU told us that God loves those who smile and as you notice, in every picture there is a smile on his face! We will get it back with God's help and the support of all of you! THANKS! Love to you all.

We're waiting for him to come home so we can play foozball in the garage! Ma and dad Crippen are coming up tomorrow to see him. Maybe bring him some more bake goodies. Keep him smiling for us! We miss him and love him very much. Hopefully we'll get a chance to come up and see him again this weekend. Everyone just keep praying and keep your heads up. He's the toughest guy i know and I know he'll make it through... just so he can beat Craig in foozball. :)

We all know that our prayers will help to lift Jer up and help him to keep his faith, determination and spirit......along with that comes that unbelievable smile of his! Congratualtions to the Hoffman Family on the great honor bestowed on Walter. Just goes to show the good stock Jer comes from!!
Ron, Carm and family - we just heard about Jeremy and are shocked! It can happen to anyone's family member and our hearts go out to you. He is a strong young man and we hope and pray that that gets him home OK.

Jeremy just wanted to let you know that Joe and I are both thinking of you. Jason has been keeping us updated. He tried to get in to see you last weekend but they wouldn't let him. I think he's going to try again. Lots of luck and we'll be sure and put you in our prayers. Joe and Linda Clugstone along with Sam and Alex.
Good to hear that they've got him into the gym and working on things, I'm sure that it helps him feel better to be able to do something, and get the hell out of the bed. Great news.
