Good morning

We have all been so wrapped up in Jeremy's injuries, but I really want everyone to remember that Zach is a part of this too, and he will need the emotional support as much as Jeremy! He is beginning to get a grasp on all this, but he still has an issue with "hurting Jer", so please keep him in your prayers also--God knows that we don't need him being down too--we all need him for not only his strength, but he is "my other son" and Ron will need him as time goes on (both emotionally and to take up where Jer left off). We will keep everyone posted as the days go on, and hopefully when we get to the hospital, we will have more info to report.

Will be sending a card to Jer soon. Please tell him to stay strong, keep his humor, and believe. Everyone wants him to be ok and home soon. Tell Zach that we are all pulling for him and he needs to understand that it is not his fault. That sometimes bad things happen to good people. We all love you both.

Floyd & I just arrived home from a week-long vacation to Tennessee to visit Aaron & his family. The first message on my Voice Mail was from the Odessa Baptist Church Prayer Chain, asking for prayers for both Jeremy & Zach.

You had better believe that I started praying immediately, because I have known these two young men since they were practically as young as our own 2 grandsons. (Ryland is 3 1/2 years old & Alden is 6 weeks old.) Having had neither of them as students when I taught at OMCS, I still have known of them, have watched them grow up, and have tried to "keep up" with where they have been going with their lives.

I have fond memories of us chaperoning a junior high dance where Jeremy's date was Becky Tong. He wore a blue tux that matched his beautiful blue eyes, and I believe she was in blue, as well. - Remembering those bygone days is so heartwarming!

But now we have to get to the matter of the healing of these two young men. - I am praying right now that God will lead everyone involved in the healing process to lift Jeremy & Zach with renewed strength and spirit. May the surgeons and other medical personnel be guided to do their utmost to restore health and wholeness.

May the Lord also watch over family members. Grant them strength and stamina to withstand not only present circumstances, but those which might occur in the hours, days, and months to come. If a Miracle is meant to be, Dear God, let it be so. Help all those involved to understand that the Power of Prayer is mightier than some of us can ever imagine.

Godspeed, especially to you, Jeremy! You will probably never forget how you spent your 26th birthday. - Don't be surprised if some crazy clown from Odessa comes to see you and checks out your humor level with her Super*Star Smile-o-Meter!

Love & Prayers to All!
Bonnie & Floyd Seeley (And ALL Our Boys, too!)

Benny and I just wanted to let you all know that the 2 of us are thinking of all of you, including Zach right now. The whole T&C family is keeping you all in their thoughts and prayers as well. Please let any of us know if you need anything... even with the farm, my dad used to work on a dairy farm so between all of us we can lend a hand when and if it is needed!

With our love,
